Willow Production Facility

Gleeson was brought back to this Enid, Oklahoma manufacturer of value-added food products to design and construct their new 80,000 s.f. facility built in order to manufacture their Steak-EZE® product line.

This state-of-the art manufacturing and food safety facility has a top capacity of 40 million pounds of production per year, operating two-shifts. This building utilizes the clean room concept with stainless wall panels and rooftop make-up air units.

The facility was built adjacent to the expanded Distribution Center built by Gleeson in 1998.

Advance Food Company sells over 2,000 items to approximately 1,500 broadline foodservice customers. The product line encompasses breaded and unbreaded beef, chicken, veal, lamb, turkey and pork products, both cooked and uncooked. All products are portioned and frozen.
