Slicing Rooms 6-10 Remodel, FAB Addition & Waste Water Pre-Treatment Facility

Gleeson Constructors, L.L.C. was awarded a contract with West Liberty Foods, L.L.C. for the expansion of their slicing lines, chicken fabrication line and waste water pretreatment facility in Tremonton, Utah. West Liberty Foods manufactures high quality pre-sliced and pre-cooked turkey, pork, beef, chicken and cheese for food service and retail customers. 

The slice project included remodeling 12,000 square feet (within a 4-month period) of an existing building into five state-of-the-art slicing rooms. The FAB Addition project included expanding the plant by 22,500s.f. on a 7-month schedule. Also included as part of the FAB project was a new thermal fluid addition. Gleeson also assisted with millwright services and equipment installation. 

To complete the project, Gleeson constructed a waste water pre-treatment facility. This pre-treatment facility consisted of a metal building with polyethylene tanks.
