Repeat Client: Gleeson partnered with ConAgra Brands to expand its meat-snack business, focusing on its Slim Jim Brand constructing a new 83,000 SF processing facility in 2010. Gleeson partnered with ConAgra Brands again to design and build an expansion of the 2010 facility in 2019.

Time Efficiency: Gleeson phased the project construction, completing it ahead of schedule with zero lost production time.

Operational Continuity: The schedule was critical due to high product demand, but careful considerations were required to maintain the people and product flow of the operating facility.
