Freezer
This design/build freezer warehouse was constructed in 8 months.
This freezer structure was built using insulated metal wall panels and a structural steel frame system. The facility consists of a loading dock area, a 10 degree F freezer with a capacity of 10,000,000 pounds and a blast freezer capable of taking 400,000 pounds to -10 degrees F in 48 hours. This refrigeration system was installed and a floor warming system consisting of 4" di- ameter forced-air vent tubing was installed beneath the freezer floor.
