Plant Addition

Design and construction of a 60,000 square foot addition included a continuous hot dog line, blend and grind area, and welfare addition. An overhead walkway was also provided to connect a new "cooked" break room and locker room facilities to the existing cooked areas of the plant to help eliminate raw/cooked cross  contamination. The clean-room concept was used in production areas including insulated metal panel ceilings with recessed lights, stainless steel curbs and brick paver floors.
