Pizza Pocket Facility

Gleeson Constructors, Inc. teamed up with SSE, Manufacturing, Inc. to turn a pre-engineered metal building, used as a dry storage, into a state-of-the-art production facility. A structure inside of a structure was used to facilitate the clean-room concept. All the floors were removed and resloped to stainless steel drains. Stainless steel wall panels, ceiling panels and recessed lights also aided the clean-room concept. All piping, conduit and ductwork was kept above the ceiling. ACU-Air units were used for refrigerated air with HEPA filters.

The project consisted of a new freezer and cooler, spiral freezer, production rooms and an engine room addition.

The project also included setting equipment, mechanical, electrical and refrigeration.
