Renovated and Repurposed: The Papillion Foods plant expansion involved the transformation of a vacated distribution center into a state-of-the-art production facility.  

A Phased Approach: We employed two phases to ensure timely completion. Phase I: Papillion Foods Columbus Dry Sausage Facility and Phase II: Pepperoni Capacity Expansion at Papillion Foods. From demolition to product departing the facility, both phases were constructed in just over 12 months.  

State-of-the-Art Facility: Sustainability measures were integrated such as automated guided vehicles for product transport, LED lighting with motion sensors, and automatic rack assist for lifting. 

Maximized Space Utilization: The existing facility height allowed for re-purposing and installation of new mezzanine levels above production enhancing people flow, visibility, and improved maintenance access.
