Temperature and bacteria control requirements can make ready-to-eat facilities and cook plants some of the most difficult projects to design and build, but we pride ourselves on surpassing the inherent challenges. We steadfastly incorporate the American Meat Institute's 11 principles of sanitary facility design for food safety, from hygienic zoning to air quality control to contamination prevention, in each of our designs.
