Gleeson Constructors & Engineers LLC completed the design and construction of a 40,000 square foot addition to the Dan’s Prize Hormel Foods facility in Browerville, Minnesota. The addition included slice rooms, packaging area, coolers, freezers, and shipping dock. The clean room concept was used for this RTE addition with an interstitial space provided above production areas to run all process, utility and sprinkler piping. The project also included an office area, RTE break room and locker rooms and remodeling portions of the existing plant.
